Can't submit waiver until I pay off my traffic ticket?

So I just recently got a ticket, and I disclosed the information to my recruiter. This was shortly after I went in for my physical. I didn't swear in on that day because I have a tattoo waiver that needs to be submitted.

According to my recruiter, he won't be able to submit my tattoo waiver until I pay off my ticket, and since my ticket is still fresh it won't even be in the system till a month from now.

Any alternatives?

He's not asking if he should pay the ticket. He knows he should. The question he has is, is there any other alternative to waiting a month for the ticket to go through the system. The answer is: How could that be possible? Who could hurry a ticket thru the system?

If you don't want to have to deal with the legal system - then stay out of the legal system. It's not rocket science.

Pay the ticket and wait your turn (if you can manage to stay out of trouble that long).
