Question about final inspect/receiving

Hello Marines,
While in the DEP pool I got my wisdom teeth pulled. This was months ago so everything is already healed 100%. Since this was while I was in the pool, it's not on any of my paper work that I had this surgery done. When I do my final inspect/ dental at receiving, will they know? Would they get me in trouble?

Wisdom teeth are gone= its a non issue. This just means you will not have them pulled in boot camp. They'll look at your teeth, assign you a dental class, and that's that.
