need help on picking an MOS

I want to be an 03XX extremely bad but the Marine Corps is not offering any jobs untill Febuary, my recruiter told me the next best thing is going communications and becoming a feild radio operator. He also said the next best thing would be combat support. Is it true ill still get to work with the infantry and be in the field as communications? Also, what is the complete description if i were to take the combat support job? Or would it be smart just to wait for the mos that i want?

I thought new jobs come out in October? Huklebuk should be able to answer that question if they do all you have to do is wait till october time frame as thats when the new fiscal year starts.

This is the only time the Marine Corps will assist you in getting what you want if you want 03 then wait if you want to be a Marine take whatevers open. It is your life no one can tell you what to do.

So basically what im trying to say is, you do you boo boo.
