I'm not too far away from picking up in the IRR, and I am thinking about coming back in AD. I just have a few questions which I hope you Devils will be able to answer.
1. Since I've been out for over 180 days, if I re-up now my TIG gets reset to zero, and I lose over 100 points. If I get promoted in the IRR, does that new rank carry over, or will I go back in under my last "active" rank?
2. Do I need to be PME complete to get promoted in the IRR?
3. If I do, where can I find a proctor to take all the tests?
