Hello all,
I'm back again with a little update and a new question.
UPDATE:
I annihilated my ASVAB
Marine Composite Scores:
MM - 121
GT - 134
EL - 134
CL - 138
AFQT percentile score: 98
Question:
There is no question that my Achilles heel is my PFT. Right now I'm at 9 pull-ups, 100 crunches, and the run is around 22:00-24:00. I really need work on pull-ups and the run. It is literally impossible to get out of my house and run, I'm from eastern Massachusetts and there has been ice and snow on the ground for the last 2 weeks, its depressing. so I been thinking about doing insanity for the time being. this way by the time I finish the program it would be spring and I could hit the pavement. as for the pull-ups, I figure I can incorporate the Armstrong program into my week.
Does anyone have any experience with insanity? would it really help with the run?
Any advice is welcome!
Thank you!
