Good afternoon Marines! After a long hard fought journey I am finally getting somewhere. But that journey is a different story. If you want to know just for the heck of it let me know and give me a couple hours HAHA. Anyhow Marines, now that I am finally getting somewhere do you know of any kind of workouts or routines to follow to get PFT scores better. Currently I do 10-12 pull-ups, anywhere from 70-85 crunches and run 1.5 in 11:30. I would love to get my pull-ups to at least 17, crunches to 100+ and my run to under 10 minutes. Any help at all would greatly be appreciated. Thank you Marines!

Go down to your local Recruiting Station and ask if you can workout with the other Wannabees and Poolees. Doesn't hurt to ask.

And while your there, you can Enlist :)

Best of luck.

Your right Jordan. I remember the back story now.
Keep going forward, you are almost there.

Been a very very long fight and journey but it's almost over now. After all that trouble of trying to enlist the last 3+ years I found out on the exact day of my discharge 3 years later that I was DQ...

there is no science behind it...just run, do pull ups, and crunches. You'll get faster and stronger.

Thank you josephd. I always do crunches and pull ups everyday but have slacked on the running. But I have a good friend of mine that was in the Marines that is going to start running with me to get my time better.

Keep doing what you're doing and you will improve in all three categories.

just push yourself to go faster, knock out another pull up or two, and a few more crunches every couple days.
