I'm currently a freshman at a community college and want to apply to PLC after my sophmore year, but i'm in a bit of a situation. So far in my first semester I failed a developmental class in the first minimester so I ended retaking it and had to end up withdrawing. I talked to my local oso and talked to him about my situation and he told me he only looks at your college transcripts to look at your gpa. The developmental courses I failed/withdraw from doesn't calculate into you gpa, but still goes on your transcript. Even though OSOs don't pay attention to your grades does that still mean I messed up my chances?
