View Full Version : I have a felony arrest, but never went to court. Is this an issue?

I have a felony arrest as a juvenile. Class 4 felony -criminal damage to property. I was arrested and released to my parents. Never had to go to court or anything, and I even have documentation stating that I have NO juvenile court action involved with this case. Will this still be an issue when it comes to enlisting?
