Only a recruiter can answer that. Go see one.
A fraudulent enlistment isn't the best way to try and get back, but I'm sure it's been done.

Fraudulent enlistment........they could have charged you with fraud which is a felony. <br />
The Corps is not Corp. (this is a short name for a corporation). <br />
Your enlistment was not a matter to take...
