Greetings,I'm interested in learning about CBRN Marines. What their responsibilities include, how often they are deployed, their place within a unit, etc. Any information is appreciated.I am a Poolee, scheduled to ship 15 April. Although I've signed my contract, I have yet to decide on an MOS. This field interests me, so I'm trying to gather as much information as possible before deciding.Thank you all in advance!

I don't know anything about them deploying really, all I can really answer to you is that CBRN Marines exist to be sure whatever unit they are assigned to are properly trained on how to handle, avoid exposure, and overall deal with CBRN issues.
More than likely one in the CBRN field will be place in an H&S battalion, company, or platoon within a larger unit to be sure, like I stated before, that the line units are properly trained to handle CBRN situations.
