Yes i would mention it, then if you pass the afees physical you will be good to go, i tell you why you should, i had a marine who had asthma he slipped through the ropes. Had an attack didnt tell any of his marines . Took too much inhaler and died on a pt run this has hunted me for the past 21 years because i was the corpman who tried to save him. Anyway please be truthful and good luck.
