Long story short. i went to basic training in march of 08 and got out in june of 08. My dc was a para 5 17. Jfv. and re code 3. Basically my family died in a car accident and i freaked out. worst mistake of my life. I was wondering what are my chances of getting in? I am willing to take any job, even get deployed. I would want to get in the reserves.

I hate to be a party pooper, but the likelihood of being accepted in the Marine Corps is low. First your discharge will probably require a waiver and those are few and far between these days....
