Ive been trying to contact my local recruiter by phone but have yet to gain any gain. My question is " Can I be eligible to enlist even though I hold a conditional green card?"
Would love any insight in this.

What does your "conditional" green card mean in your case? If you are not a permanent resident or a citizen, you cannot enlist until you are.
