I have a ritual of brushing my teeth and blowing my nose as soon as I wake up, I won't be able to do this anymore will I? Also, I was wondering if/how you can get chap stick?

Nope, you can brush your teeth on free time at night. And you're given chap stick when you get all of your other hygiene gear.
