Don't wait till the EGA ceremony to start acting like a Marine. Take pride in your uniform from day 1 of boot camp and carry yourself with confidence. As a recruit you may be garbage but you're on your way to becoming the world's finest which is more than you can say about the other 99% of America. Don't forget that. Oh and SLAY your body. When it gets tough, make it tougher. I promise you'll thank yourself later. By the time you graduate you should want to be the best Marine you can be and that starts during the DEP. Be respectful and show everyone at home that you're leaving to become a better person. Oh and SCREAM lol.
