There will be citizenship/residency requirements involved.

Fill in this form or do a Google search for a recruiter in New York City. Get the phone number and call them or get an address and write them. But you can't even think about it until you get a Green card. You have to be a legal resident of the U.S.

You simply join the Italian army or marines, make sure they are not capitalized either, and do a lateral transfer into United States forces. Look on here for all the threads of the numerous requests for information like this. We get swamped with requests for information about joining the marines or army from foreign countries.
As a last resort you could talk with a military recruiter, I suppose
