My recruiter just recently told me about a new tattoo policy since everything started happening in Libya. Im trying to enlist but am having trouble with my tattoo.

No. Nothing I've seen or heard on the wire. Rumors are always rife at a time like this, but until actual policy change comes down, there is no change.
Get it removed, your only option.

There's a lot of experience and knowledge on this site. Posting a picture of the tattoo would help you out some (so long as it's not in a private area so to speak).
