Irr 2003

I am looking for anyone who was recalled in March of 2003 from the IRR at Camp Lejeune. My military records basically omit my time spent in the Gulf and it is costing me thousands of dollars because of a tuition award that will pay 98%. Please contact me if you were in during this time, or have advice on proving I was there. I have tried various methods and have come up blank so far.
