is it true they line everyone up to check for flat feet and hand out special insoles and boots?

Thanks for the congrats, feels good to be home for a little while! To lake9: I personally never saw any of that. I know at meps before you ship out they check your feet for that but I never saw anybody in boot camp that was issued special insoles or boots.
