Prayers for Cpl John Peck

Today is Sunday and my prayers are continuing for Cpl. Peck and his family.I know God hears our prayers and that John has made some improvements but he still has a long way to go

John had surgery on Thursday 7/22, they closed up his abdomen and left leg area with skin grafts.
On Saturday 7/24 John was moved from the ICU to a surgical ward.
John had another surgery Tuesday 7/27 but it was to check on the grafts, all looked well and the wound vac was removed. They also swaped out his trach for a smaller one and hope to remove it in the near future.
Just an FYI, John had Taco Bell today!!!
Thank you for all the prayers, John is slowing improving every day.

What an uplifting update! The Taco Bell part made me laugh. If he can eat that stuff, is there any doubt he'll make a quick recovery! Continued good wishes coming your way.

Sounds wonderful. I can't wait for the day when we don't need anymore medical updates about him and just updates on his rehab. Hopefully, that day will not be too far in the future. Good luck to you all and we are still here for you and Cpl. Peck!
