I think I have a CFT due in november. Not sure yet. I just got put into MCTFS on Friday and now I have to wait till my unit picks me up in the system tomorrow. I know I got some med shots I have to do as well, ughhh.
As of right now post xxl chalupa I am at a 21/22 min 3 mile, 14 pull ups and 90 sit ups. So I should be good to go lol
