I have no idea what a chicken-winger is, but dive-bombers are cake to me.

I haven't posted an IST since ~June. My scores have greatly improved, especially pull ups. I love that Recon Ron program.

    Pull-Ups: 17
    Crunches: ~115
    1.5M: 11:09

I need to work on my run time. Ever since I've been free from a woman, I've started smoking again, but I've definitely cut it back the past three weeks. My pool also just finished a 8.5 mile hike/run through Red Rock Canyon. I plan to get a 10:30 on my next IST. No scratch that, I WILL get a 10:30.

Your runtime is 9:30? That's better than a lot of the freaking poolees at my RS. Nice. Everyone's run fluctuates. The variables are infinite. Weather, rest-time ect. Crunches fluctuate as well. It's usually what people work on the least. Also, food is a variable.

The dive bombers thing.. is that an ab exercise? Looks like an ab stretch to me.

    1.5 run: 13:59

Not at all. Upper body. It's shoulders and chest. They're great and when you have to do 30 Marine Corps counts of them, they hurt like hell. Just try it out and you'll feel the effects of what it works out.

    Took another IST today:

    19 Pull ups
    88 Crunches
    8:13 1.5 Mile

I need to get my crunches and pull ups higher, but I can't complain about the run.
