    also I've gone from 112lbs - 130.6lbs since November

    two and a half months until I ship working out like crazy I think I'll be able to get a perfect score by then

    A lot of great times here. Ya'll are making me feel nervous. Not a 'fast' runner.

    IST: Sept 2013

    1.5 - over 16 minutes
    Crunches - 40ish
    Pull ups - 2

    IST - March 2013

    1.5 - 12:48 (Best time ever was 12:20... but still have room to push myself)
    Crunches - 84
    Pullups - 6 (Can do 7 on a better day, but six is solid right now)

    I normally do 12-14 pullups because i do overhand but decided to go underhand for latest ist. Anyone have suggestions to improve pullups further and run?
