2 questions:

Are we allowed to attend right after we graduate bootcamp? or have 2b a certain rank?

does everyone wear dress blues or sometimes service?

Each unit has their own ball and as a member of that unit you will attend. If you are in boot, sorry, SOI, tough cookies (you may get some special food that day or something). In MOS school they may have some event, but not a ball in the traditional sense.

Technically, yes, you can attend right after boot camp. Blues are worn if you have them, but Alphas are OK if you don't.

Usually you won't have a chance to attend a ball until after you've hit the Fleet.

Not to be rude here, but how about taking it one step at a time.
Worry about making it through boot camp/recruit training first than worrying about when you can attend the Marine Corps Ball or what you can wear.
