Can you request for Jump school once assigned to your unit after SOI?

I was wondering, if after Boot and then SOI, once assigned to my Unit is it possible to request for Jump School?
My reason for wanting to request volunteer for jump school is it would help tremendously in the future just to have that training while being in the military.

Yes I've heard just worry about Boot Camp first and that later. Then just worry about SOI. But it would be nice to know before I go.
So if you have any suggestions, please let me know?

I think you can only get jump school if your job requires it. Other then that you could probably get it as a re-enlistment incentive.

And the same can be said about dive school/combat diving school; you'll only go to jump school if the Marine Corps needs you to go to jump school, or if it just happens to be a re-enlistment incentive, as already stated.
