    Heat flash burns

    Could someone inform me of where I can see the "Heat Flash Burns" rating schedule? Or just a general Burn rating schedule? I have a C&P coming up for the heat flash burns I had due to an IED explosion.

    Also,

    Do scars have to be present in order to find that the burns were service connected? Because I got burns on my forehead and neck and they gave me some cream while in country, and since then they have healed.

    Should be the regular burn schedule. Scars may be rated seperately, or they may be considered as "residuals" for this type of injury, depends on the severity of the burns.
