    We have a mandatory PT on Mondays and Thursdays every week. We're getting a new SNCO for our office soon, and our new one is supposed to be a lot meaner.

    Our RSS has PT 3 times a week... Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday but due to work obligations I am only ablt to attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I work out on my own the other days of the week.

    We PT at our RSS 3 times a week. Then we have a pool function the first Saturday of every month, then every third pool function is ISTs/IST competitions.

    Our scheduled PT is every Wednesday afternoon starting at 1500, but we have poolees working out at the office almost every week day with the recruiters. Now that school is getting out, we will probably go even more often.
