Looking for any current or past RTT members to shed some light (or at least as much as can shed) on the indoc. Aside from the obvious (marksmanship, physical endurance/stamina) what else do they look for during the indoc. Have talked to a few past SF-ers currently in my company, but they couldn't tell me much other than the fact they heard it was a haze fest for 8 weeks. Any info related to the indoc or a day in the life of an RTT-er would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help you with your questions, but if you're a Marine, you should contact one of the mods...thedrifter, jinelson or Sgt Leprechaun....and have one of them change your status from Marine Friend to Marine.
