Never ever EVER use black powder measures
when using smokeless powder in a muzzle loader !!!
Use a powder scale & weigh your charges.

Never heard of a muzzleloader using smokless powder I can see where the problem would arise you would be using something approximatley 10 times as volatile by measurement.I am surprised he is the only one to have blown one up. As they say never ASSUME.

That guy should have stayed with a real muzzleloader,like a flintlock.
