I'm Posting this tonight because i'll be too lazy to do it in the morning...
You Poolees are going to hate me for this one for bad puns and the grueling suck of this workout.
For this workout you need a full deck of cards with the jokers, if you think your hard you can double the reps or use two decks of card's but for the purposes of this workout i want to make it do-able for everyone.
"ACE" Your IST - Workout
For this workout each of the 4 Suits will represent a different exercise.
Spades - Squat Thrusts
Clubs - 4 ct. Mountain Climbers
Hearts - Dips
Diamonds - Pushups
The Number of the Card designates the number of repitions for 2-10 follow the number on the card. All face cards are 10. Aces are 11. The Jokers are unique in that the Red joker represents 25 pushups followed by 25 dips and the Black joker represents 25 4ct. Mountain climbers followed by 25 squat thrusts
Note: This workout is not for time or rounds but you should try to do it as fast as possible anyways if you need to take a break get that rest breath in and then keep pushing.

I like the sound of this workout adds a little fun to it with the cards
