    Goals:
    Pullups - 45
    Situps - 200
    1/5 mile Run - Sub 9 minutes
    3 mile run - Sub 18 minutes

    My advice for pullups is get a weighted vest and a home pull-up bar that goes over the door. I started doing 3 sets of chin-ups 3 sets of pullups and 3 sets of nuetral grip pullups every other day with a 20 lb vest and went from 15-16 max to 25 in a set consistantly i've since moved onto a 45lb vest and can't wait to take the ist when i get home. The vest is also great for pushups, running and situps(though its more comfortable to take it off and lay in on your chest) but i've more then doubled my pushups and situps and i haven't run a 1.5 in a while but i have been running a 3 mile every other day with ankle weights and the vest so im hoping the results are good.

    Mine arnt that great, here is my PFT

    Pull Ups- 12
    Crunches- 81
    1 1/12 Mile run- 11:40

    Ima keep it Realistic. before i ship. I want
    Pull ups- 18
    Crunches-95
    1 1/2 Mile- 10:00

    (assuming, I will be able to get the perfect score,. while at bootcamp)

    My current IST is my signature. When I get to boot camp I want a perfect PFT. I got the pull ups and crunches, just need an 18 minute 3 mile run. I'm pretty sure I can do it right now.

    40 pull ups
    150 crunches
    and a sub 8 minute mile and a half

    i've gotta a lot of time before i ship so i hope i make it haha

    I go Monday so what I've got is what it's going to be:

    Pull Ups: 20
    Crunches: 85
    1.5mi: 11:48

    3mi: 24:19 (cut it 1:40 from one day to the next!! )

    I'd like my crunches to be over 100, and I'd like my mile and a half run time to be under 9 minutes. I'll get there in three months! I only need an additional 38 crunches and 2 minutes and 28 seconds off of my mile and a half run time.

    So, yesterday we had an IST. We always have an IST the first Saturday of each month, but for some reason they made us do an IST yesterday instead of PT...I wasn't ready for it AT ALL. I worked out like crazy the whole week and didn't give my muscles any rest.

    Anyway, I did do good on my pull ups
    Slowly, but surely, getting to my goal

    The last IST I took i got 22 pull ups, 80 crunches, and 11:17 run time. I have improved on everything since then and i think i can get 23 or 24 pull ups now.

    1 1/2 Mile: 11:55
    Pull ups: 8
    Crunches: 101

    Goal:
    1 1/2 Mile: Under 11 Minutes
    Pull ups: 12+
    Crunches: 120+

    I ship July 12th, 2010, so I think I'll be able to easily meet my goal. As soon as it starts getting warmer and I begin to run outside more, I'll should be able to easily meet the running.
