Dang right Sokol, intense PT every day, 2 times a day when in doubt, that's my policy from now until I ship.

Best of luck to everyone in attaining their ideal!
off topic: Hey, I'm shipping out to SD the same day as you and I too am under an infantry contract.

on topic: My run times have consistently been around 12 minutes. I surprisingly can do around 70 crunches even with a pot belly. My pull ups aren't too great however. On good days I've done 5 pull ups but usually I would hit 3.

With my ship date around three weeks away, I believe I can shave off around thirty seconds from my run. I believe my crunches are fine but I should really start training them daily. My main worry is the amount of pull ups I can do. I've seen the pull up program thread and hopefully I'll consistently do 4 or 5 pull ups consistently.

See you there, and as for your pullups, take a few days off, and do nothing but pushups. Maybe you need to use the restroom---push for it, max set. Maybe you need some water---push for it. Any time you need to do something, want something, or are going somewhere, push for it. Try for 200+ in one day. Maybe 3 days of this, take a day off entirely, then hit the pullup bar, then see if you can crank out 7+ This will work.

Got 19 pull ups today, I smell 25 a' comin'... just give me another week. Also got 100 crunches in a minute forty eight, working on getting that 1.5 mile down into the 9's and the 3 mile down to 20, that's my goal before boot.

A 9:10 1.5 run is dam good to me. Getting an 8 minute run would be insane. Good luck

My goal right now would be a Sub-10 minute run before RT. Last IST I dropped 1:00 off my time since my previous IST the month before. Hopefully I can keep dropping my time, even in this cold winter.
