Tough times call for tough measures. This statement doesn't ring false for the situation in Afghanistan. It's times of turmoil that we lose those closest to us, but must pray that they passed for a greater good.

Recently I received the news that a friend of mine, Pvt. James Prosser, was killed by an IED while driving a Warrior Vehicle. James was part of the Royal Welsh, and was truly a great man, a man with no complaints. He loved what he did, and was passionate about his job. Let us remember that we are not in this war alone and there are many great men who have fallen alongside us. Rest in peace, James, and please watch over your fellow brothers in arms.
