Honorable Discharge Certificate and Pin
Does anyone know where I need to go to get issued an Honorable Discharge Certificate and Pin? I did not receive either one and I received an Honorable Discharge with a Reenlistment code of RE1A. Although I cannot reenlist because I am 70% VA service connected disabled.
