Demolition Man: Building the Anti-America
By Nancy Coppock

Barack Obama is proving himself to be a destructive nihilist with capitalism, the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and the traditional American experience in his crosshairs.

In today's American culture there are other sorts of nihilism. Pop culture nihilists much more common, comprising a virtual demographic segment of self-satisfied know-nothings. Destructive nihilists are rarer, but more fearsome. They believe western civilization is so corrupt that wholesale destruction is the only solution.

Nihilism, while easily abused by the casual thinker, is actually both political, and in a thunderingly empty way, deeply spiritual. Russian author Ivan Turgenev's character Bazarov explains in Fathers and Sons that a "nihilist is a person who does not bow down to any authority and who does not accept any principle on faith" because "conditions in the social organization are so bad as to make destruction desirable for its own sake, independent of any constructive program or possibility." As Sergei Nechaev and Mikhail Bakunin wrote in Catechism of a Revolutionist (1869):

"He [the Revolutionist] is its [the civilized world] merciless enemy and continues to inhabit it with only one purpose - to destroy it."

This is the one principle guiding Obama in every decision -- America must be destroyed so that it can be rebuilt as an anti-America.

Under Obama's leadership our once pedestrian government and economy has descended into self-inflicted crisis. The man who promised to bring us all together has either failed miserably or is a master of deceit. Even those who voted for Obama are angry with him for bailing out the rich businessmen of Wall Street leaving the disillusioned supporter hoping to find a job.

While many have discussed Obama psychologically as having a narcissistic personality disorder with political leanings toward Marxist/Fascism, we have not fully considered Obama's philosophy. If personal philosophy is the set point upon which ideas and solutions are created and put into action, then we should be able to reverse engineer an individual's philosophy by noting their ideas and solutions.

The Cloward/Piven Strategy is an example of destructive nihilism at work in America. Under the sanctimonious banner of supposedly helping the downtrodden, the end goal of Cloward/Piven is to bankrupt the government into oblivion through unsustainable demands so that a better America can be created. The upcoming Health Care legislation must be viewed through the lens of Cloward/Piven.

Consider this portion of Obama's address to the American Medical Association:

Make no mistake: The cost of our health care is a threat to our economy. It's an escalating burden on our families and businesses. It's a ticking time bomb for the federal budget. And it is unsustainable for the United States of America.

Using Cloward/Piven methodology Obama is telling us about his philosophy and his intent to bankrupt our nation. Unsustainable indicates impending doom of implosion due to a black hole or impending vacuum. Obama's solution to pump the entire American economy into this void of crushing emptiness can only be explained as an act of destructive nihilism toward the nation he has sworn to uphold and protect.

Destructive nihilism is driving Cap and Trade, the Wall Street and the auto industry bailouts and Stimulus Bill. The Stimulus Bill alone pumped $3.25 trillion into a disappearing act and promises to negate another $1 plus trillion in 2010.

Whereas the true measure of the magician is not simply to make something disappear, but to make it reappear, the destructive nihilist's job is simply to eradicate. Obama is a demolition man of absolute destruction and he will not stop until nothing means everything and everything means nothing. President Truman declared, "The buck stops here." This was amended by Clinton, who we joked said, "The buck never got here." For Obama, we must appreciate that he believes he has escaped the matrix, and accept that "There is no buck."

The destructive nature of Obama's philosophy requires the wealth of our nation, which is the inner spirit of the individual's desire to better his own life and that of his family, to be deprived of life-giving oxygen at every opportunity. And not only for Americans, but for any individual petitioning their government for individual liberty as witnessed by Obama's reactions to protests in Iran and the desire to adhere to the rule of law in Honduras.

So adroit is Obama in the art of destructive nihilism he cunningly stretches ethical boundaries by using our good manners against us. After meeting with Jim Owens, CEO of Caterpillar, Obama went straight to the stage and publicly misquoted him. What's a guy to do? Contradict the President of the United States of America right there on the podium? Such behavior is beyond Chicago politics; this is raw authoritarian power of Alinsky/Luciferian tactics honed to an art form.

A second aspect of Obama's infatuation with nihilism is revealed through evidence that he lacks the inner spirit of the American work ethic. Observation reveals that work is something Obama directs, but in which he never personally engages. Rather than consider the psychology of Obama's clean desk, it makes more sense to observe his complete delegation of responsibility for health care legislation to Congress.

The teleprompter addiction alone indicates an innate abhorrence of study and practice. Could it be the idea that Obama ever actually worked is a constructed reality? Birth certificate, university records and term papers are a hermetically sealed emptiness, like Al Capone's safe opened on live TV by Geraldo. As U.S. Senator, his ‘Present' votes are a missing trail of breadcrumbs.

The empirical Obama is an absent void. When Obama emphatically says he doesn't want to run the banks, Wall Street, or the auto industry, he is telling the truth in a sideways sort of way because he abhors work with a passion. However, having American industry and free markets under oligarchical control is a different ball of wax that is to be melted and recast as the reverse of its current form. The Left's original slogan "Don't trust your government" has morphed into "We know better than you".

Obama is a continental divide of American understanding, a gushing river of American anti-matter. This negative belief is exhibited in Obama's statement:

"But, the [Warren] Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth, and of more basic issues such as political and economic justice in society."

It is prudent to realize Obama's understanding of the Constitution is not a simple angel or demon Escher drawing where the mind can view only one interpretation at a time. This is negation of space, where everything that is ‘not' Constitution replaces what ‘is' Constitution. Under such a philosophy the volumes of historical law of western civilization become a meaningless void. Just as Congress is voting on unwritten legislation, the annihilation of the rule of law and ethics pushes our ship of state off the map into the great void of here there be monsters.

Our situation is not without hope. Nietzsche said,

"I praise, I do not reproach, [nihilism's] arrival. I believe it is one of the greatest crises, a moment of the deepest self-reflection of humanity. Whether man recovers from it, whether he becomes master of this crisis, is a question of his strength. It is possible...."

Rising above this demolition man requires that we keep the flame of our individual spirit not only ignited, but also fanned into a bonfire of yearning for liberty and freedom. Against that fire there is no obstacle that cannot be overcome because the choice is simply liberty or death.
