I was in plt 216 f co. started boot camp 5 feb. 1960 mcrd san diego.
di's were sgt hardy and sgt harr

Commenced training on 9 February and Graduated on April 20, 1960
DI's were Act S/Sgt H.A. Jensen Platoon Commander with Act S/Sgt R.I. Arnold (JDI)
Then I reported back to Camp Matthews for a three tour on the range. And after that
I reported to El Toro Santa Ana CA-Retired in 1984
Anyways had a very good career

Yes they were great and still are very proud times. My house is filled with Marine Corp and I think of those days often

that's me. Anyways we live not to far from the old El Toro Marine Corps Base- Since
I really started my career there,then retired from there. Everyday is a memory.
