URL above is Recon Rons Pull-up Program. It's designed to be a pyramid type work out. What I do is a max set of pull-ups and then find it on the chart (top of either chart) then it will show you the pull up amount you should aim for on your second set, third set etc. You'll do a total of 5 sets and on the bottom of the chart it will show you how many pull-ups you've completed total.

If this has been posted before I'm sorry I did search for this and couldn't find anything about it on the forums.
