Same here but the girl at my RSS can do a 93 second hang, with 2 pull ups. Shes damn neare a 300 PFT she runs her 3 miles in under 19 and does 120 crunches. Highest PFT of our RSS ever sence Ricky Recon left. (He did 30 pull ups 140 crunches and a 17:42 3 miles, CRAZY MOTHER TRUCKA)
