She was in a wing unit. From my understanding, all air wing units in Oki rate the Sea Service Deployment. Whether they deploy or not. Dude, my wife has one and she was just FAP'd from Wing! She spent a total of TWO DAYS with MWHS-1 and the other two and some odd years with Base! She got a PUC out of it too..oh well, whatever...
