one of the one recruits

can someone tell me what "one of the one recruits" means? My daughter wrote that to me in one of her first letters,and i have know idea what she means.

Sounds like she was referring to one of the other people in her platoon.

Do you mean Heather Bonzack, plt 4037? She was probably explaining sometihing that ahppened and was referring to another recruit. Noting to worry about. She is fine.

Thanks Dave yes I am talking about Heather,That was the only thing in her letters that I didn't get. Her letters still sound ok,when ever she complains about somthing,she usually says"but it will get better" or somthing along thows lines So I know she is still thinking positivly.I'm so proud of her and all of them for that matter!thanks again for your response.
