    Question about marking uniforms/clothing.

    In boot camp the drill instructors made a big deal about having your clothing properly marked and in the right spot. Some of the other Drill Instructors did end up checking during the inspections. I was fine then but I was wondering once I go to MCT/MOS school and then get into the Fleet--how strict are the inspections and how strict are they with how you mark your clothing? We were told, "On this clothing item it needs to be marked here. On this one it goes here." etc. etc. Just wondering if that still applies after boot camp.
