Seriously how many times did you guys get Court Martialed or NJP'd and continue with a career?

In my 3rd Shop armory we had a civilian contractor Mr. Camp, who was a former Master Sgt he had been court martialed 2 times and had a telephone book full of NJPs and page 11s.

Now a days you get 1 NJP and you're not going to get to reenlist.
