Good Evening Everyone,Sgt Jim and Rose,good to see you in action.I need my space on weekends,but sometimes I do sign in.William,I see somewhere you have had heart surgery.I do hope your healed now.Wild Bill,you don't have to run the mile in under four minutes.You'll be fine,you'll see what your knee can do.Leave some room for relaxation also.This month,I'm going to be back to Planet Fitness.My belly is bulging,so I gotta get back.My Brother,did get his tube out today,The Physicians told him everything looks good in there.They suggested that his medication,he takes,and the Type 1 diabetes is affecting his urinary system and bladder.So,he has to change some things,mostly eat more veggies,me to.His medication has to be looked at.My brother is very happy at this moment,voiding properly.So we will see what happens.Catch you all in the AM,I hope.God Bless and Semper Fi.

I have to take my Brother in law to a Drs. appt. at the Boston VA Medical Center in Jamaica Plains this morning so up early.

Good morning everyone. Rocky, I hope your brother is OK. Do, Thanks for asking but I'm doing OK. I had a triple bi pass and a valve repair done along with some other repairs this time two years ago. Doing OK now except the Sternum broke open and causes a lot of chest discomfort. I'm not going back for seconds they had their chance. The weather is clear and cold this morning. Supposed to warm up for the weekend.

Had a good day yesterday at P.T. and man he put me through the pace.
My leg was sore from him pushing it and having to do low marching,Like I was back in boot camp in place marching like we did back then Hahahaha.
Anyway the P.T. is going well My knee doesn't hurt like it did but every now and then it will hurt..

Well, it appears that Winter is making a last ditch effort to shake some snow at South Jersey. We're supposed to get the residue from the Minnesota storm that tore through there a few days ago. They're forcasting the snow to be of the wet variety because it's starting out as rain. Be careful when you shovel it. Not good for people with bad hearts to over exert lifting the heavy slush and then trying to heave it in a pile. Doc W., Fred, William, Rocky, and Wild Bill stay loose and get about the business of recovery. Prayers out for all who need them.
