Morning to all. 79 going to 90 and sunny again. The grass is drying out like a desert and the powers-that-be are really worried about fires. Luckily I live in a house subdivision and there isn't a huge fuel load to burn, but we are bordered on two sides by woods with ground fuel. Since we're a triangular area, the third side is all lake front (kind of fire proof there).

Otherwise all is well here. Done formatting my first book for print and working on the second for print and e-versions. #2 daughter is done with finals so she is working on my book covers today as that is the primary hangup with moving things along.

My son has been behaving himself quite well lately. I hope it continues. He's a very pleasant kid when he doesn't try to play the dick-headed tough guy. Maybe some cute girl he likes got in his case about his behavior.

Prayers still out for Fred, his son, and family.

Everybody stay safe out there. You too Ed, I hope you have a good day despite predictions.

Afternoon all just got last night from South Bend ,Indiana to Garden City,Kansas about 1,000 miles in one day and drove one of the nicest trucks ever It was a F-550 Ford truck Brand new straight of the line and to a Place that makes special Bed for trucks and this one was super nice.. I even had a guy follow me off the interstate just so he could get pictures. take a look..
