Morning All!
It's nice having a 3-day weekend every week. This part-time gig is working out very well.
Rocky my heart is with you. I will pray that you make it through the next few days without serious reservations. When my good buddy went through this many years ago, I felt like I should have been able to do more. In the end he said he had to go it alone, but knowing that me and his other friends were there for him made his recovery a bit easier. He still gets depressed from time to time, but he is fine now. You will be also.

Morning all, Well we finally got enough snow to warrant cranking up the snow blower. 14 with light winds so it should be a breeze to move. Was up till 0200. This insomnia is kicking my rear. I'm normally asleep by 2100. Well the snow won't move itself. Gotta git-r-done. Have a good day all. TGIF

Well it's 12:30PM and 39° partly cloudy and windy.
Hope everyone has a good day going for themselves I am I know.
Since I've been taking B-12 I feel much better and like I want to do things more than before.
Fellow Marine brother here told me about B-12 for fighting depression and man along with my other meds. I think it working well for me..
