Morning 94° and it's not noon yet here calling for 105° today..Still no A.C. come Monday they say they'll start to work on it until then I will stay as cool as I can in front of my fans..

I just talked to My Dad. 9 1/2 inches of rain already with 2 days to go, flooding, tornadoes, bridges shut down etc, etc.

Morning All!
I come to Florida and am greeted by Tropical Storm Debby. That's a fine welcome! LOL Looked at a few houses, but I am not really in the market right now. I want to wait until my wife retires and then make the move if everything works out. I always liked Florida and the time I spent here as a military brat was enjoyable. I even had Florida history in school back in 1959.

Good Morning Marine1955,and Gunny Hardy,Good Morning Everyone.Woke up to Thunder and Lighting,again this morning.Looks like Rain All day.64 degrees right now,going up to 77 degrees today.Still got lots of pick up and cleaning to do in my apartment.The lady above me,was carted off to a nursing home.She was about 96 years old,with dementia.My problem is that I think,these owners of these buildings just want higher rent.The rent for this Neighborhood is about $1100 to $1300.I'm rent stabilized ,at $920.My rent goes up 4% in December for two years.I've lived in in Building complex for 32 years.Real a State Corporations just want as much as they can get.I understand that,but I'm rent Stabilized,so they be messing with me and my brother's apartment also.As long as you pay your rent every month,they cant do Squat.Any way Hope You All are Well,and Happy.Prayers Out To All in Harms Way.Stand your Ground and Watch your Butts out there.Nothing Good Is Easy,including Females.Take Care Everyone and Have Fun,Fun,Fun, until Daddy takes the T-Bird Away.God Bless and SEMPER FI.Love Yourself,Love Your Country.Watch out for Commies,they are Everywhere.
