Cooked a chuck roast in the crock pot yesterday so I had some on a muffin this morning for breakfast. ALL the juces in my mouth are flowing with taste buds popping everywhere. Yum Yum
Hard day at work yesterday and couldn't hardley move when I got home but this morning feeling little better. Lite work day I hope

Morning all, Nothing like being woke by a screaming leg cramp in the right calf. Right foot was pointing like a ballerena, I was yelling in pain, stumbling around trying to get my muscle to relax, and the dogs took refuge in the basement.

Looks like the major winter storm is going further north. 1-3 inches of mixed rain (sometimes heavy), freezing rain this evening, and snow for tonight. Just fifty miles north they are expecting a huge blizzard. Talk about dodging a bullet.

Well Good afternoon all. It.s clear ,windy , warmer, and dusty from the wind blowing the dirt around here..
Good morning for the wife as she is really feeling good from her last chemo / Taxol treatment she ate well last night in fact we had rib-eye steak,bake potato,with french styles cut green bean with cheese and she ate it all.
So thing are looking up for her.
