Heard on the news all you Southerners are getting winter weather warnings. Funny how it is dry and mild here on the (usually this time of year) frozen tundra, and you all who usually brag about how warm it is are getting the cold. Hee Hee

Good morning.
About to head out the door to work. Going to be up in VA at Portsmouth and Oceana. Hopefully the rain holds until we are done.
Be safe.

Morning all. Only going to 61 today. Was up at 0530 again, not by choice. Saw the two youngest brats off to school.
Got the court paperwork filed for the custody change OK. I only had to pay $60 fees plus $40 for process service. $100 beats $340. We shall see how things go. Thanks for the good wishes Dan and Andy.
Jack, I knew you'd be back even if just for guest appearances. Good to hear from you and glad everything is going well for you.

Morning All, Cool day today with highs in the mid 30s. 25 outside my window now. Breakfast was potato pancakes and coffee. Took the leftover mashed potatoes from Turkey Day, mixed in two raw eggs, and used large spoon to scoop and drop 4 inch patties into a hot skillet greased with melted butter. Salt and peppered, then fried to golden brown before gently flipping and doing the other side. Served with a pat of butter on top and warm maple syrup. YUM!
Still getting tomatoes off my potted plants I brought into the back porch. Never had fresh tomatoes this late into the season before. Definately will do this next year again. Another boring day in layoff land. Think I will take nap this afternoon for a change.

Good Morning to all,
I woke up at 0415 to let the hounds out. I noticed that the temperature was still in the 50's. The showers are supposed to increase to steady rain followed by colder air coming in from Tennessee where my youngest daughter is. I guess summer is over.
Prayers outbound to all who need them.

Morning All, Up early. Leg cramps kicked in about 0350. Now sipping coffee and wishing I had stayed in bed. Have to decide whether to put up Christmas lights or not today. Tonight we have cold snowy weather moving in. Don't feel much like it, but the Wifey is hinting I should. She doesn't want to put up the tree though.

Good morning. It is about 75 degrees down here in the frozen Southeast tundra. (It's too darn cold to go outside and pizz on the lawn.)
Anyhow, I hope that all of you have the best day possible....considering everything, grease and grits, potato pancakes and such. Can't wait for my stitches to be pulled from this skin cancer I had removed on my left shoulder. I tell you, there is nothing like a woman with a scalpel.
Prayers outgoing to all in need.
Adios, for now.
