Good morning Marines and Docs. Well, made it on time. Nothing happening on this end. Been nice weather; not really cold weather to speak of; it's 46* right now and yesterday had a high of 58*. So I'll guess leave the coat hang on the hanger for awhile and keep the sweater and jacket handy. Well better run. Hope all have a better day than me cause me and VA are going to butt heads together about them taking all that money away from when it wasn't my fault; it was them not getting off their dam lazy arse. I'm going to the Regional Office in Little Rock!! Did I say that? Ya'll take care and God bless. Luvs ya all.

Morning All, WOW! it's a blazing hot 30 degrees outside my window. Took both the Devil Dogs in for a grooming this AM. Won't get em back till 1300. So house is pretty quiet.

Went to the bank and withdrew my unemployment so I could deposit it in my own bank. South Dakota Unemployment has a contract with US Bank to do all their direct deposits. And direct deposit is a requirement by unemployment. I refuse to be pressured into changeing banks. But a word to the wise, when you use drive up for a cash deposit, make sure the reciept you get back is correct. The teller miscounted my deposit and tried to short me $50. After I demanded they reconcile her cash drawer, it showed her $50 over. Anyone can make a mistake so I didn't lose my cool. I had a similar incident back on the day I mustered out of the Marines. I took my final paycheck to the PX bank and got cash. Left from there straight for South Dakota. We we're 100 miles down the road before the wife realized they shorted me $100. To far out to go back, and at that point I didn't want to see Camp LeJeune again. So we ate the loss. But I learned to always count my money before leaving the bank. All stay safe and warm. SF

It is about 66 degrees down here in South Florida but it is kind of dark and cloudy right now. It's time to get up and at 'em this morning as more of the morning light begins to fill the sky. Breakfast? Coffee for sure, maybe an egg and some toast.

Morning All, 30 outside my window, with light snow flurries. Another day of moderate temps (30s) then back in the cellar for a week. Had a 21 YO get drunk and freeze to death trying to walk home after an arguement. They found him in a slew just off the highway. Looked like he tried to take a short cut to a farm house. The temp was -3 below that night. All stay safe and warm. Respect the winter. SF

Had to buy a NEW snow shovel, wore out the old one! Temps in the high 60's and low 70's.....T-BACK WEATHER!!!!
Got my elec bill, from Progress Energy Co. for December......DOUBLE what I've paid over the last few months!!! Oct. and Nov. bills were UNDER 1000KWH's!......December shows 2019KWH's for 32 days!!!.......WTF??
Think I'll move to Florida, where the winters aren't so tough on my budget.....EH?.....

Have to see the ortho Doc. today and it's not going to go well for me ,still can't use the left arm still ,so we'll see what he plans on doing.
