Holy catfish.
I'm a big fan of corned beef and cabbage any time of the year and it aint even March 17th. Only an irishman can appreciate the smell while it is cooking.

Love CB and Cabbage. I do the whole meal in one pot bit. I put the CB in a pot and add just enough water to cover it by a couple of inches. Let it cook for 3 hrs over med-low heat (covered). After 3 hours I add a large head of cabbage, whole new potatoes, baby carrots, and corn on the cob.
Hope everyone had a great Saturday and hope Sunday is great also.
Prayers out to all

Glad you're back Buddy. I hope the surgery clears up the pain permanantly. Bulky, Beer Stein, CooCoo Clock, German Chocolate, Hitlers head on a plate. Lots of ideas. Always, I like to just take a head of cabbage slice it in half, drop in a pot of water with 3 strips of uncooked bacon, and let it simmer till tender. Wife loves Corned Beef, me, only in SOS.
Wind gusts to 45 mph predicted for this afternoon. That will get the leaves moving. Maybe it'll blow them all into the neighbors yard. Most likely though, the neighbors leaves will end up in my yard. LOL You all have a good un today. SF

Morning Brothers and Sisters.
Buddy, thank you for the PM and I'll talk to you later Brother.
Well it's Sunday and time for me to say Good Bye for now.
Got to break down this computer equipment.

Wednesday is the Closing on my New House.
Thursday Morning is Moving.
I'll be at the mercy of the Cable Company waiting for them to come out and run the lines for my Internet Service.
Don't even know if I'll have good Cell Phone reception there.
I should be all excited at this time but I'm feeling a little Sad typing this
.
I will miss you ALL!!!
Stay Safe, Be Happy, Be Pain Free and Be Here when I get back online.
Prayers out to you All, your Family and Friends.

Morming All, 48 and windy this AM. Most of the neigbors leaves are now piled up against my fence. Have to get out the leaf blower/mulcher. Man, I am not ready for this cold crap. Coffee is brewing, and don't know what I'll do for breakfast yet. Buddy, Get well friend. Linda, hope the hubby feels better. Dave, we're pulling for you. Rocky, we will still be here when you check back in. You all have a good day. SF
